How to help girls celebrate cricket?

How cheer girls promote the cause of cricket? Why are players like gladiators in IPL auction system of cricket? These were some of the questions that members of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance to the top BCCI officials, including its President Shashank Manohar, Secretary N Srinivasan and IPL Commissioner Chirayu Amin presented during a hearing on the financial transactions associated with the implementation of IPL .
